1. Overview

RustyCraft is a Minecraft survival server with additional web features such as an account area, gallery, polls and a shop for packages. By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law) and that you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features (such as the account panel, polls and shop), you must create a RustyCraft account. During registration we may ask you to provide:

• Nickname (username)
• Email address
• Password
• Confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms

You agree to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us as soon as possible.

3. Account Profile and Contact Data

In the account section you may optionally provide or update additional details, including:

• Name and surname
• Minecraft nickname (required for purchases)
• Postal address
• Country

We use this data to operate the server, match purchases to the correct Minecraft account, send important account‑related messages (for example, verification emails or security notifications) and, where required, for billing and compliance purposes. You can update most of this information through your account settings.

4. Login, Security and Authentication

You can log in using your email or nickname together with your password. A "remember me" option may store a longer‑lived session on your device. You agree not to share your password with others and not to allow others to access your account. We may require email verification for certain actions, such as changing critical account details or recovering access.

5. Forgot Password and Reset

If you use the "forgot password" or password reset features, we will send a one‑time link or code to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping control of your email inbox. Any action performed through a valid reset link is treated as authorized by you.

6. Payments, Shop and Subscriptions

The RustyCraft shop allows you to purchase server packages. Payments are processed by third‑party provider Stripe. When you start a payment, Stripe will collect and process your payment card details and relevant billing information on our behalf.

By making a purchase you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You understand that digital items and packages are virtual and have no cash value outside the game.
• We may need your Minecraft nickname and account details in order to apply your purchase to the correct in‑game profile.

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are considered final once delivered. In case of technical issues with a purchase, please contact us with proof of payment so that we can review your case.

7. Use of the Services

You agree to use the website and game servers in a fair and lawful manner. In particular, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other players or staff.
• Use cheats, exploits, unauthorized modifications or automation that provide an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems or any restricted areas.
• Post illegal, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content through chat, gallery, polls or other features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or our server rules.

8. User Content (Gallery, Polls and Updates)

RustyCraft may allow you to upload screenshots, comments and other content (for example in the gallery, polls or updates sections). By submitting content you confirm that:

• You have the rights necessary to share that content.
• Your content does not infringe any third‑party rights or applicable laws.
• You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to display and promote that content in connection with the Services.

We may remove or hide content at our discretion if we believe it is inappropriate or violates these Terms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data (such as nickname, email, IP address, Minecraft nickname, country, address and payment‑related information) in order to:

• Provide and secure your account and gameplay experience.
• Match purchases to your Minecraft account and deliver digital items.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and cheating.
• Comply with legal obligations related to payments and accounting.

Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored in full on our servers. For more details about how we handle your data, please refer to any separate Privacy Policy we may provide or contact us directly.

10. Third‑Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate third‑party services, such as Stripe for payments or Discord for community communication (RustyCraft Discord). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services or their content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RustyCraft and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including loss of data, loss of virtual items or downtime. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Services, in applicable law or in our internal policies. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
